Hi friends, my name is Glenda, and teaching foreign languages is my passion! There are a lot of different ways to learn a language—studying books, taking a class, or even watching foreign movies. But I’m an auditory learner. I have to hear and repeat the language to make it stick. In fact, when I was a teenager taking Spanish classes, I would often make my own (cassette) recordings and study for my tests by listening to them.

All learning methods are valid! But there is only one you can so anytime and anywhere, and that’s what you’ll experience with this audiobook. Plus, you’ll get a free downloadable transcript, so you can read along or take notes.

I have taken great care to choose vocabulary and sentences that you can actually use! Each chapter is for a new situation you might find yourself in. For example:
Being a tourist Getting around At the hotel Talking to kids Social media Agreeing and disagreeing On the phone Dealing with money Flirting (my favorite chapter!)
You’re in great hands with narrator Shea, who will give you the Spanish clearly and slowly, so you can repeat each phrase or sentence as you work through the audiobook.
